我们诱导生成了10株人类诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell, iPS细胞）克隆。采用基因芯片（microarray）技术分析其全基因表达谱，并与人类胚胎干细胞（human ES cell）及成纤维细胞（fibroblast）进行对照分析。
实验整体设计：成纤维细胞、人类胚胎干细胞、10株诱导多能干细胞克隆。
