本数据集旨在通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析嗜盐嗜碱硫氧化菌硫氰酸氧化硫碱弧菌(Thioalkalivibrio thiocyanoxidans)ARh2与詹氏硫碱弧菌(Tv. jannaschii)在亚砷酸盐培养条件下的生长转录响应。实验设计概述:对分别在0 mM、0.1 mM亚砷酸盐浓度下培养的硫氰酸氧化硫碱弧菌ARh2和詹氏硫碱弧菌ALM2菌株,以及额外在5 mM亚砷酸盐浓度下培养的詹氏硫碱弧菌菌株进行转录组分析,所有样本均设置三次生物学重复,采用Ion Proton测序平台搭配Ion PI Chip v3芯片完成测序。
