Genes significantly down or Up-regulated upon RNF219 knockdown. [RNA-Seq]. Homo sapiens

Purpose : to decipher the role a newly identified protein, RNF219, we performed a knock down of this protein and try to determine how it affect the global mRNA expression of the cells. Overall design: mRNA expression in RNF219 Si-depleted Hela cells against control Hela Cells.
