Genome-wide analysis of H3K27me3 in Arabidopsis thaliana elf6 mutant

In this work we studied the histone demethylase ELF6 in Arabidopsis thaliana. We performed H3K27me3 chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing (ChIP-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) from elf6-3 mutant and Columbia wild-type samples.

本研究以拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）中的组蛋白去甲基化酶ELF6（histone demethylase ELF6）为研究对象，分别采集elf6-3突变体与哥伦比亚野生型样本，对其开展组蛋白H3第27位赖氨酸三甲基化（H3K27me3）染色质免疫共沉淀结合高通量测序（ChIP-seq）及RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
