Microbiome analysis of Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes in hydrocarbon contaminated soil treated with phytoremediation

The goal of this project was to analyse changes in the microbial community over three time points (weeks 0, 3 and 14) as the soil was subject to phytoremediation using several plant species: Lolium perenne, Sinapis alba and Cichorium intybus.

本项目的研究目标为分析土壤在采用多种植物开展植物修复（phytoremediation）的过程中，三个时间节点（第0、3、14周）下的微生物群落变化特征，所选用的植物物种包括多年生黑麦草（Lolium perenne）、白芥（Sinapis alba）与菊苣（Cichorium intybus）。
