aThe Haplo.Stats package was used to test for association between haplotypes and disease status.

a. 借助Haplo.Stats软件包开展单倍型与疾病状态的关联检验。
b. 通过费希尔组合检验完成计算。
c. 上述单倍型分别由单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs）位点rs2239657、rs7021880及rs7021049构成。
