Data availability statement

The folder " Analyzed Datasets for Figures and supplementl Figures" contains the datasets for all figures and supplemental figures generated during data analysis. The folder "Gene Expression Matrix" contains the single-cell resolution expression matrix of detected genes with spatial positional information for all images. The folder "Supplemental Information" includes supplemental methods and materials, supplemental figures with legends, and supplemental table with legends.
