Pi database for drug target prioritisations in 30 immune traits

The Pi relational database (in MySQL format) contains genetics-led drug target prioritizations for 30 immune traits, used to power a web interface http://pi.well.ox.ac.uk. For each prioritized gene, it provides priority rating, data used for predictor preparation, current therapeutic drugs with phase of development, and different measurements on druggability. Schema documentation and diagram are also provided giving instructions on how to install and use the database.Pi关系型数据库（MySQL格式）包含针对30种免疫性状的基于遗传学的药物靶点优先级排序结果，用于支撑http://pi.well.ox.ac.uk这一网页界面的运行。针对每一个已完成优先级排序的基因，该数据库提供了其优先级评分、预测模型构建所用的数据集、当前处于不同研发阶段的治疗性药物，以及可药性相关的多项评估指标。此外，数据库还配套提供了架构文档与架构图，以指导用户完成该数据库的安装与使用。
