为构建全基因组靶向蛋白质组学研究平台，本研究从人类全长互补DNA（complementary DNA, cDNA）文库中合成了18040种重组蛋白（体外蛋白质组，in vitro proteome）。所获蛋白经胰蛋白酶（trypsin）酶解后，进行液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）分析。
