Phylogenetic study on the genus Leucanthemopsis

We produced sequences for two chloroplast and five single-copy nuclear markers, using both Roche 454 ngs and standard sanger sequencing. Those genome regions were sequenced in 54 samples belonging to the genus Leucanthemopsis (Asteraceae) and two related genera as outgroups. The obtained sequence information was used to perform phylogenetic analyses on Leucanthemopsis. Species delimitation and origin of polyploids in the genus was also inferred.

本研究针对2个叶绿体标记与5个单拷贝核标记，采用罗氏454下一代测序（Roche 454 NGS）与标准桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）两种技术获取序列数据。共对54份供试样本的上述基因组区域完成测序，供试样本涵盖菊科（Asteraceae）滨菊属（Leucanthemopsis）类群，以及2个作为外类群的近缘属。所获序列信息被用于开展滨菊属的系统发育分析，同时还对该属的物种界定与多倍体起源进行了推断。
