The compressed file FunctionalEnrichment.zip contains the relevant results of the functional enrichment analysis obtained using our clusterProfiler-based pipeline FunRichR when differentially expressed genes of 'Picual' and 'Arbequina' mature pollens were used as input. Only the Biological Process category of Gene Ontology framework (BP-GO) and the KEGG pathways were considered. The compressed file contains the following archives:BP-GO-hierarchy_PIC>ARB.png and BP-GO-hierarchy_PIC_ARB: Hierarchical trees of the complete list of significant BP-GO terms when differentially expressed genes that are over-expressed in 'Picual' (PIC>ARB) or over-expressed in 'Arbequina' (PIC-ARB) are used as input.BP-GO-details_PIC>ARB.tsv and BP-GO-details_PIC-ARB: Detailed tables of the significant BP-GO terms when differentially expressed genes that are over-expressed in 'Picual' (PIC>ARB) or over-expressed in 'Arbequina' (PIC-ARB) are used as input. Among the most relevant information you can find the code and description of each BP-GO as well as its gene ratio, background ratio, rich factor, fold enrichment, adjusted P value and GeneIDs involved in the BP-GO term.KEGG_PIC>ARB.tsv and KEGG_PIC-ARB: Detailed tables of the significant KEGG pathways when differentially expressed genes that are over-expressed in 'Picual' (PIC>ARB) or over-expressed in 'Arbequina' (PIC-ARB) are used as input.
