SF3: Relevant biological processes after the functional enrichment analysis of mature pollens from olive cultivars Picual and Arbequina

The compressed file FunctionalEnrichment.zip contains the relevant results of the functional enrichment analysis obtained using our clusterProfiler-based pipeline FunRichR when differentially expressed genes of 'Picual' and 'Arbequina' mature pollens were used as input. Only the Biological Process category of Gene Ontology framework (BP-GO) and the KEGG pathways were considered.
