Long non-coding RNA sequencing in Peking ducks

In this study, whole transcriptome strand-specific RNA sequencing of the ovary from young ducks (60 days), first-laying ducks (160 days), and old ducks, i.e., ducks that stopped laying eggs (490 days) was performed to understand the divergent transcriptome of duck ovary in different phases and the underlying mechanisms.

本研究针对60日龄青年鸭、160日龄产蛋初期鸭，以及490日龄停止产蛋的老龄鸭的卵巢组织开展链特异性全转录组RNA测序（whole transcriptome strand-specific RNA sequencing），旨在解析不同发育阶段鸭卵巢的差异转录组特征及其潜在分子机制。
