- 等级4：亚成体——生殖特征已清晰分辨，但性腺及附属器官尚未完全发育；
- 等级5：成体——雄性的纳精囊（Needham’s sac）内含有精荚；雌性的卵巢、缠卵腺（nidamental gland）与输卵管腺完全发育成熟，输卵管中偶见卵粒。
