Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) play a crucial role in agriculture. Bacillus subtilis 8-32 exhibits strong pathogenic resistance and the ability to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). This study focuses on its colonization in tomato cultivation and its impact on soil microorganisms.By constructing the GFP-labeled 8-32-GFP strain, this study found that it can stably colonize tomato roots. The 8-32 strain significantly promotes tomato growth, with remarkable effects on root indices and biomass accumulation. Following the application of 8-32-GFP, the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Proteobacteria increases; it also reduces the total fungal population, inhibits pathogenic fungi, and optimizes the fungal community structure.In conclusion, Bacillus subtilis 8-32 is promising for application as a microbial fertilizer, which can reduce chemical inputs and contribute to sustainable agriculture.
植物促生根际细菌(Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, PGPR)在农业生产中发挥着不可或缺的核心作用。枯草芽孢杆菌8-32(Bacillus subtilis 8-32)兼具优异的抗病活性与合成吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)的能力。本研究聚焦于该菌株在番茄栽培体系中的定殖行为及其对土壤微生物群落的影响。通过构建绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记的8-32-GFP菌株,本研究证实该菌株可在番茄根系中稳定定殖。枯草芽孢杆菌8-32可显著促进番茄生长,在根系指标改善与生物量积累方面效果突出。施用8-32-GFP菌株后,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)等有益细菌的丰度显著提升;同时可降低真菌总种群数量,抑制病原真菌,并优化真菌群落结构。综上,枯草芽孢杆菌8-32作为微生物肥料具有良好的应用前景,可减少化学农资投入,助力可持续农业发展。
