High density KASP markers to accelerate rice breeding. Oryza sativa

Plant breeders need a wide choice of markers to use in assays for marker assisted selection or genomic selection. We carried out whole genome resequencing of nine indica genotypes in order to indentify variations that could be used for KASP markers.
