Metabarcoding stuied of bacteria species in Yangtze river basin

The biogeography of bacteria species was investigated in the Yangtze River basin, the distribution and community composition of bacteria species were studied based on full length 16S sequence through single molecule real-time sequencing and metabarcoding technology.

本研究聚焦长江流域细菌物种的生物地理学特征，依托全长16S序列（full length 16S sequence），采用单分子实时测序（single molecule real-time sequencing）与宏条形码（metabarcoding）技术，解析了细菌物种的分布模式与群落组成。
