本研究对糖耐量正常(对照)受试者与2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes, T2D)患者的骨骼肌活检标本开展了基因表达微阵列分析,上述标本采集自60分钟功率自行车运动期间及后续180分钟的恢复阶段。本研究同时于运动及恢复阶段的三个时间点采集两组受试者的骨骼肌活检标本并进行分析,每组各7例。
