centEpiFibEndoIC.Rd is a cell type deconvolution panel we built for deconvoluting generic epithelial tissues using the EpiDISH R package (https://github.com/sjczheng/EpiDISH). Specifically, it deconvolutes the following four cell types: Epithelial cells, Fibroblasts, Endothelial cells, and Immune cells.
