To investigate the exosomal miRNA changes under LPS treatment in RAW 264.7 cells, 2 μg/mL LPS were added into complete medium to incubate RAW 264.7 cells. And then The exosomes were isolated and tested the exosomal miRNAs change using microarray. Overall design: The exosomes derived from LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells were tested the miRNAs expression, the exosomes derived from normal cells as a control.

为探究脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)处理RAW 264.7细胞后外泌体微小RNA(exosomal miRNA)的表达变化,将终浓度为2 μg/mL的脂多糖加入完全培养基中,孵育RAW 264.7细胞。随后分离获得外泌体,并通过基因芯片(microarray)检测外泌体微小RNA的表达差异。 整体实验设计:以脂多糖处理的RAW 264.7细胞来源的外泌体为实验组,检测其微小RNA表达水平;以未经处理的正常RAW 264.7细胞来源的外泌体作为对照。
