Metagenomic analysis of bacterial diversity from the Thrissur Kole land rice rhizosphere

The study aims to explore the bacterial diversity of wetland rice rhizosphere soil. Kole lands are majorly hydromorphic and has special ecosystem in which rice cultivation is done annually. The bacterial diversity in the Kole land rice rhizosphere was studied to analyze the unique microbiome that exist under such ecological condition.

本研究旨在探究湿地水稻根际土壤的细菌多样性。科莱湿地（Kole lands）以水成土壤为主，拥有每年开展水稻种植的特殊生态系统。本研究针对科莱湿地水稻根际的细菌多样性展开研究，以解析该生态条件下存在的独特微生物组（microbiome）。
