Mol2021 - P. thermoglucosidasius NCIMB 11955 (p_thermo)

FROG and miniFROG reports are provided for p_thermo genome-scale metabolic model. p_thermo is the model for Parageobacillus thermoglucosidasius NCIMB 11955. An analysis of the metabolism and internal fluxes of P. thermoglucosidasius is done in this study and the model can be found in the Supplementary data of Mol et al, 2021.

针对p_thermo基因组规模代谢模型（genome-scale metabolic model），现已提供FROG与miniFROG报告。p_thermo模型对应热葡糖苷副芽孢杆菌（Parageobacillus thermoglucosidasius）NCIMB 11955。本研究针对该菌株的代谢过程与胞内通量开展了分析，上述模型可于Mol等人2021年发表文献的补充材料中获取。
