Hydroglyphus hamulatus, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Hydroglyphus hamulatus to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Biodiversity Genomics Europe project (BGE, https://biodiversitygenomics.eu/) and organised by the European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA, https://www.erga-biodiversity.eu/) initiative.本项目收集了针对尖突水纹龙虱（Hydroglyphus hamulatus）生成的基因组与转录组数据，以支持其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目作为欧洲生物多样性基因组学计划（Biodiversity Genomics Europe, BGE，https://biodiversitygenomics.eu/）的组成部分，由欧洲参考基因组图谱（European Reference Genome Atlas, ERGA，https://www.erga-biodiversity.eu/）倡议组织实施。
