The aim of this study was to determine the effect of temperature increasing on microbial ecology and water quality of drinking water distribution systems. To achieve this aim, water quality was defined by different physico-chemical parameters and the bacterial 16S rRNA gene and the fungal ITS1-2 regions were selected for amplification.
本研究旨在探究温度升高对饮用水输配系统微生物生态学与水质的影响。为达成该研究目标,本研究通过多项理化参数表征水质,并选取细菌16S rRNA基因与真菌ITS1-2区域进行扩增。
