Hong Kong Marine Waters Metabarcoding Data 18S V4 and V9 250 PE250 2M Reads of Raw Data per run.

This data was collected in tolo harbour on January 16th and in the Pearl River Estuary on 5 and 6 March and 10 and 11 September. The metabarcoding sequencing was performed by Novogene using PCR product Amplicon Metagenomics Sequencing (WOBI) and NovaSeq Reagent Kit (500 cycles). PCR free library preparation for PCR product.
