Disclosed is a micro flying robot for autonomous pollination， comprising a robot body， an intelligent control portion， an intelligent sensor portion， a battery， a pollination apparatus and an emitter， wherein the robot body comprises a body portion and a flapping wing mechanism; the intelligent control portion is mounted on a left side of the body portion; the intelligent sensor portion is mounted on an upper portion of the body portion; the intelligent sensor portion performs data collection and communication; the battery is mounted on a right side of the body portion; the pollination apparatus is connected on a lower side of the body portion; and the emitter is mounted in a middle position of the body portion.
