本研究首次在小蔓长春花(Vinca minor)的全植株及农杆菌介导的毛状根(Agrobacterium-mediated hairy roots)中,采用Illumina二代测序(Illumina Next Generation Sequencing)开展从头转录组分析(de novo transcriptomic analysis),并鉴定与萜类吲哚生物碱(Terpenoid Indole Alkaloids,TIAs)生物合成相关的微RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)。本研究的核心研究目标为萜类吲哚生物碱通路基因预测及其关联微RNA的挖掘。此外,本研究同时完成了简单序列重复(Simple Sequence Repeats,SSRs)的预测分析。
