Suyama2022 - Bordetella pertussis iMAT models

Proteomic expression data was integrated into a manually curated base Bordetella pertussis metabolic model (iBP1870). This study included preoteomic expression from cells grown in biofilm and planktonic conditions. Also included are models created using expression data de Gouw et al. Bordetella pertussis biofilm studies. Models were generated using the iMAT implemented in the Cobra Toolbox.

本研究将蛋白质组表达数据整合至经手动注释的百日咳博德特菌（Bordetella pertussis）基础代谢模型（iBP1870）中。本研究涵盖了在生物膜与浮游两种培养条件下生长的细胞的蛋白质组表达数据，同时纳入了由de Gouw团队针对百日咳博德特菌生物膜的相关研究中所使用的表达数据构建的代谢模型。所有模型均通过集成于Cobra Toolbox中的iMAT方法生成。
