CD39 Identifies Tumor-Reactive CD8 T cells in Patients With Lung Cancer [FB]

We utilized cell surface expression of CD39 to demonstrate that this marker enriches for CD8+ T cells with features of exhaustion, proliferation and tumor reaxtivity. Overall design: We sorted CD3+ T cells from four patients with lung cancer and submitted these samples for single cell CITE/TCR/RNA sequencing.
