KRT18 regulates the alternative splicing of cell proliferation and apoptosis genes via splicing factors in gastric cancer cells and clinical samples

We knocked down KRT18 in AGS cells using siRNAs to study KRT18-regulated genes using RNA-seq technology, followed by analysis of KRT18-regulated splicing factors in transcription and posttranscriptional level. Overall design: Transcriptional analysis of KRT18 knockdown and control in AGS cells.

本研究通过小干扰RNA（siRNA）在AGS细胞中敲低角蛋白18（KRT18）的表达，采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术探究受KRT18调控的基因，随后在转录及转录后水平分析受KRT18调控的剪接因子。整体实验设计：在AGS细胞中对KRT18敲低组与对照组开展转录组分析。
