Anaerobic digestion of untreated and pre-treated spent coffee ground. The alkaline pr-treatment and diluted acid pre-treatment were carried out prior to anaerobic digestion.本数据集围绕未经处理与经预处理的废弃咖啡渣（spent coffee ground）的厌氧消化（Anaerobic Digestion）展开。实验中，碱性预处理（alkaline pre-treatment）与稀酸预处理（diluted acid pre-treatment）已于厌氧消化前实施。
