Phylogenetic Tree of Burkholderia gladioli str. UCD-UG_CHAPALOTE

Phylogenetic tree created by using a full length 16S of Burkholderia gladioli str. UCD-UG_CHAPALOTE from our assembly and aligning it to 59 Burkholderia isolates and an Archaea outgroup from the Ribosomal Database Project (RDP). The phylogenetic tree was constructed using FastTree 2.

本系统发育树以本研究组装获得的唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌（Burkholderia gladioli）菌株UCD-UG_CHAPALOTE的全长16S序列为基础，将该序列与59株伯克霍尔德氏菌分离株以及取自核糖体数据库项目（Ribosomal Database Project, RDP）的1株古菌外类群进行序列比对后，采用FastTree 2软件构建完成。
