Single cell characterization of the cellular landscape of acral melanoma identifies novel targets for immunotherapy

Acral melanoma is a rare subtype of melanoma that arises on the non-hair-bearing skin of the palms, soles and nail beds. In this study, we used single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) to map the transcriptional landscape of acral melanoma and identify novel immunotherapeutic targets. 肢端黑色素瘤（acral melanoma）是一种罕见的黑色素瘤亚型，起源于手掌、足底及甲床等无毛发覆盖的皮肤。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-seq，scRNA-seq）技术，绘制了肢端黑色素瘤的转录组景观图谱，并鉴定出新型免疫治疗靶点。整体实验设计：针对肢端黑色素瘤的免疫微环境开展单细胞RNA测序。
