Genome annotations for Salamzade, Kalan and Currie, 2025

BGC annotations from antiSMASH (v7.0.0) for genomes investigated in the study by Salamzade, Kalan and Currie, 2025. Also included from the study is, "Fungal_Kingdom_Wide_Genomes_and_Gene_Calling.tar.gz", which contains gene calling information for fungal genomes using funannotate (v1.8.15).
