Sequencing Data of CYP2D6 and Related Genes in Thai Subjects

Genes related to CYP2D6 (CYP2D6, CYP2D7, CYP2D8P, and VDR) were extracted from whole-genome sequencing data of Thai subjects from multiple cohorts. The sequencing was conducted at the Center for Medical Genomics, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand.

本研究从多队列泰国受试者的全基因组测序数据中，提取得到与CYP2D6相关的基因，包括CYP2D6、CYP2D7、CYP2D8P及维生素D受体（Vitamin D Receptor，VDR）。本次测序工作由泰国玛希隆大学拉玛提博迪医学院医学基因组学中心完成。
