Data analysis was performed with GraphPad Prism 6.0 (GraphPad Software, Inc., La Jolla, CA, USA). All experimental data were expressed as mean ± SEM. Differences between groups were determined by Student’s t-test (two groups) or one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Dunnett’s test or Tukey’s test (Multiple groups). P-values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. All experiments were repeated three times at least.

本研究使用GraphPad Prism 6.0软件（GraphPad Software, Inc.，美国加利福尼亚州拉霍亚市）进行数据分析。所有实验数据均以平均值±标准误（Standard Error of the Mean，SEM）形式呈现。组间差异的统计学检验方法为：两组间比较采用学生t检验，多组间比较则先实施单因素方差分析（One-way Analysis of Variance，ANOVA），随后辅以Dunnett检验或Tukey检验。以P值小于0.05作为差异具有统计学意义的判定标准。所有实验均至少重复3次。
