Sequences for 'Bacterial adaptation is constrained in complex communities' study by Scheuerl et al. (2020).Sequencing and DADA2 processing was run on these samples alongside those from the Pascual-Garcia study, and they have therefore been deposited by Matt Lloyd Jones for the purposes of the reproducibility of the Pascual-Garcia study.
