Succession of bacterial and fungal communities during fermentation of medicinal plants. Fermentation of medicinal plants

We investigate the microbial communities of the four medicinal plants during their fermentation according to the official GHP standards: Achillea millefolium L., Mercurialis perennis L., Taraxacum officinalis L. and two Euphrasia species (E. officinalis L., E. rostkoviana Hayne) which were not distinguished during harvest.

本研究依据官方GHP标准，对四种药用植物发酵过程中的微生物群落展开研究：欧蓍草（Achillea millefolium L.）、多年生山靛（Mercurialis perennis L.）、药用蒲公英（Taraxacum officinalis L.），以及采收时未加以区分的两种小米草属物种（E. officinalis L.、E. rostkoviana Hayne）。
