In this article, we present the whole genome sequencing of a novel pathogen B.altitudinis isolated from Rohu Carp and DNA sequence level resolution of pathogenicity Islands and Virulence Factors.水产宏基因组（metagenome）中新型致病分离株B.altitudinis的全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing）。露斯塔野鲮（Labeo rohita，俗称Rohu）是鲤科混养系统中的主要养殖品种，每100g该鱼肉可提供10g优质蛋白质，同时富含Omega-3脂肪酸以及维生素A、B族与维生素C，在亚洲地区具有重要的经济价值。本文报道了从露斯塔野鲮体内分离得到的新型致病菌株B.altitudinis的全基因组测序结果，并在DNA序列层面解析了其致病岛（Pathogenicity Islands）与毒力因子（Virulence Factors）。
