Yeast Growth at RT in D2O and DI water

I was performing another experiment that requires timed sample removal every hour (see links below for experimental details). After data collection was complete (after hour 5), I decided to see how much the"stopped" samples (the samples that had been removed from incubation and left out at RT in cuvettes) had grown. Here is the data from this analysis. I've included the data from hour 5 of the original experiment to compare to the growth of the other samples.本研究开展了另一项需每小时定时取样的实验（实验细节见下方链接）。在第5小时完成数据采集后，我计划探究“终止样本”的生长情况——此类样本已从孵育（incubation）体系中取出，并于室温（Room Temperature, RT）下放置于比色皿（cuvettes）中静置。本数据集即为此分析所得的结果，同时纳入了原始实验第5小时的样本数据，用于与其余样本的生长情况进行对照比较。
