A set of genes that were putatively differentially expressed in post mortem human hippocampal tissue (comparing n=15 cases and n=15 controls from the Stanley Neuropathology Consortium). RNAseq reads were aligned to reference index using kallisto (https://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/about) and analysed for differential expression (https://pachterlab.github.io/sleuth/about). No transcripts were differentially expressed after Benjamini-Hochberg control for false discovery rate < 5%. So data shown are significant at nominal p<0.05 (FDR > 0.05, Benjamini-Hocherg control for false discovery rate)

本数据集收录了经推测存在差异表达的基因,样本来源为死后人类海马组织,对比组为来自斯坦利神经病理学联盟(Stanley Neuropathology Consortium)的15例病例样本与15例对照样本。本次研究使用kallisto工具(https://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/about)将RNA测序(RNA-seq)读段比对至参考索引,并通过sleuth工具(https://pachterlab.github.io/sleuth/about)完成差异表达分析。经Benjamin-Hochberg错误发现率(false discovery rate, FDR)校正(阈值设定为<5%)后,未检测到存在显著差异表达的转录本。因此本次展示的数据为名义P值<0.05时的显著性结果(此时错误发现率FDR>5%,未通过Benjamin-Hochberg错误发现率校正)
