This project involves the resequencing of whole genomes of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. The aim is to identify genetic variants associated with economically important traits such as growth rate and collagen production. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to generate comprehensive genomic data, which will be analyzed using advanced bioinformatics tools. The results of this study will contribute to the improvement of breeding programs and the conservation of this valuable marine species.
