Previous studies provided limited information, no transcriptomic studies of D. destructor have identified and characterized the stress induced gene expression. In our study, in order to establish a useful database of transcriptome sequence during the adaptation to stress conditions, we performed transcriptome sequencing by the Illumina Hiseq4000 sequencing platform for D. destructor既往相关研究提供的信息较为有限，目前尚未有针对D. destructor的转录组学研究对其胁迫诱导基因表达进行鉴定与特征分析。为构建适配胁迫适应过程的转录组序列实用数据库，本研究基于Illumina Hiseq4000测序平台对D. destructor开展了转录组测序。
