本数据集为经配准的平均全身基因表达模式的RGB格式TIFF堆叠图像，包含眼部标记基因r-视蛋白1（r-opsin1，红色通道）、神经递质标记基因hdc（绿色通道）与囊泡乙酰胆碱转运蛋白基因（VAChT，蓝色通道）的标记信号。该数据集基于对3日龄沙蚕（Platynereis）幼虫开展的RNA整体原位杂交实验制备而成。需注意：幼虫纺腺、疣足与刚毛中检测到的信号属于背景信号。
