Phylogeny of Apoidea

We re-investigated the phylogeny of Apoidea by including genome skimming data of key taxa missing in previous investigations: a representative of Entomosericini (tribe of the former Pemphredoninae), a representative of Eremiaspheciinae (subfamily of the former "Crabronidae"), and the genomes of two Heterogyna species (Heterogynaidae).

本研究重新探究蜂总科（Apoidea）的系统发育关系，纳入了此前研究中未涵盖的关键类群的基因组浅层测序数据：包括原缢腹泥蜂亚科下Entomosericini族的代表类群、原方头泥蜂科下Eremiaspheciinae亚科的代表类群，以及两种异跗泥蜂属（Heterogyna）物种（异跗泥蜂科Heterogynaidae）的基因组数据。
