Genome-wide Brie CAD5 Surface PrPC - Differentiated PrPC High

These are the raw .fastq files from NGS runs of the genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 KO library (Brie) performed in differentiated CAD5 cells. They are labeled Brie_PrPC_High to indicate that these sgRNA sequences were captured in the "PrPC High" populations during FACS. Bioinformatic analysis was performed using the MAGeCK-VISPR and MAGeCKFlute pipelines using the biological replicates function to compare between "PrP Low" and "PrP High" samples.

本数据集包含在分化型CAD5细胞中开展的全基因组CRISPR/Cas9敲除文库（Brie文库）的下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing，NGS）原始.fastq格式文件。这些样本命名为Brie_PrPC_High，代表在荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting，FACS）过程中，本数据集捕获的单向导RNA（single-guide RNA，sgRNA）序列来自"PrPC高表达"细胞群。后续采用MAGeCK-VISPR与MAGeCKFlute分析流程，并启用生物学重复功能，对"PrP低表达"与"PrP高表达"样本开展生物信息学分析。
