ChIP-seq analysis for TP73 protein in TL-Om1 cells

ChIP-seq analysis was performed in an adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell line (TL-Om1) to analyze DNA bindings of TP73 in TL-Om1 cells. Overall design: TL-Om1 cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde for 10 min. DNA was enriched by chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and analyzed by DNBseq. A sample of whole cell extract (WCE) was sequenced and used as the background (input) to determine enrichment. ChIP was performed using an antibody against TP73 Antibody (ab14430).

本研究在成人T细胞白血病/淋巴瘤细胞系（TL-Om1）中开展染色质免疫沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）分析，以探究TP73在TL-Om1细胞内的DNA结合情况。
实验设计概述：将TL-Om1细胞经10分钟甲醛交联处理；通过染色质免疫沉淀（ChIP）富集DNA，并采用DNBseq进行测序分析。提取全细胞提取物（WCE）样本开展测序，将其作为富集程度检测的背景对照（Input样本）。本次ChIP实验使用靶向TP73的抗体（货号ab14430）完成。
