DNA barcoding sequences of mitochondrial 12S, COI and Cytb from fish species in the middle reach of Yarlung Tsangpo River

A total of 219 sequences for each barcode gene were collected from 29 species belonging to five orders, 10 families and 20 genera. Among the three barcoding genes, Cytb gene was the best option for eDNA metabarcoding.

针对每一种条形码基因（barcode gene），本研究共收集得到219条序列，样本来源于隶属于5个目、10个科、20个属的29个物种。在三类条形码基因中，细胞色素b基因（Cytb）是环境DNA宏条形码（eDNA metabarcoding）的最优选择。
