HCC atlas

To profile the tumor microenvironment (TME) landscape in HCC, we compiled a single-cell atlas with 251,761 cells from 83 donors enrolled in 6 studies. Unsupervised clustering revealed 7 major cell components, including hepatocytes, mesenchymal cells, endothelial cells, myeloid cells, B cells, T cells and NK cells, which were further partitioned through a second round of clustering to generate 53 clusters.

为解析肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC）的肿瘤微环境（Tumor Microenvironment, TME）特征，我们构建了包含来自6项研究中83名供体的251761个细胞的单细胞图谱。经无监督聚类（Unsupervised Clustering）分析，共鉴定出7类主要细胞组分，包括肝细胞、间质细胞、内皮细胞、髓系细胞、B细胞、T细胞及自然杀伤细胞（Natural Killer cells, NK cells）；上述组分经二次聚类后进一步被划分为53个细胞簇。
