Induction of differentiation from hiPSCs into Leydig-like cells (scRNA-Seq)

We generated Leydig-like cells by the forced expression of NR5A1 in hiPSCs and by switching from 3D culture to adherent culture. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) using the BD Rhapsody Express Single-Cell Analysis System我们通过在人类诱导多能干细胞（hiPSCs）中强制表达NR5A1，并将培养方式从三维培养切换为贴壁培养，成功生成了莱迪希样细胞。随后我们使用BD Rhapsody Express单细胞分析系统开展了单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）实验。
